Blossom is an interactive projection mapping installation that brings the beauty and tradition of Chinese blue and white porcelain to life. When viewers touch the porcelain vase, projections of various traditional patterns appear on its surface, accompanied by blossoming particle effects above the vase. Each particle effect represents different floral motifs found in historical blue and white porcelain, creating a dynamic interplay between light, form, and touch.
Through this piece, Blossom educates viewers on the rich heritage of Chinese porcelain patterns, blending ancient artistry with modern technology. The installation serves as a bridge between history and innovation, designed to engage audiences in museums and cultural spaces by offering an immersive experience that celebrates Chinese culture and craftsmanship.
